The Needwood 200 large wooden hen house is designed to house up to 200 free range laying hens. The poultry house is complete with metal skids so that it can be moved around the pasture. The hen house is also complete with 36 metal roll away nest boxes to keep the eggs clean and away from any potential eggs eaters. The nest boxes sit within the chicken house and the eggs roll backwards into external egg collection cupboards.
The Needwood 200 quality chicken hut has 8 weldmesh covered sliding glass windows for ventilation and light. The perches are designed as slatted sloping floors with a droppings pit underneath. The droppings pit cannot be reached by the birds, so the droppings don't get compressed which makes cleaning a lot easier.
For cleaning the perches hook up and the perch benches slide out easily to give a clear area. There are also large droppings shutters at the rear of the house for cleaning, which hook up. The Needwood 200 free range poultry house is built on metal skids as standard so that it can be moved around, if these are not required we can supply the building on wooden skids.
