This sturdy wooden poultry house is suitable as a duck coop or chicken hut and is designed for adaptability. It can be used just as a housing unit in an electric fenced or open area, or an 8' long run can be supplied to butt up to the house so that the chickens or ducks can be kept enclosed.
It is suitable for up to 10 chickens or 6 ducks. As standard it is supplied without the nest boxes or perches, these are an optional extra on this chicken house.
The Copse has a solid tongue and groove floor and is supplied on wooden skids which lift it off the floor by 3". The Copse can be moved small distances on the wooden skids, however if you need to move the poultry hut regularly then we can supply wheels as an option to make it portable.
There is an access door and a ventilation shutter on the front of the hut and an 8" x 12" high pop hole on the side (please contact us if you need this to be bigger). The roof is tongue and groove with a heavy duty mineral felt covering, the roof hinges up for an alternative access to the hut for cleaning.
This small poultry house is delivered by our team in flat sections for customer assembly. We pre-drill most of the holes to make it easy for you to put together and all the fixings are supplied with instructions. Our chicken and duck houses are custom made to order so we are more than happy to discuss bespoke alterations with you.
The Copse Poultry house is for sale online with UK delivery. Please click here for more delivery information on lead times and the delivery process. As our poultry houses are all handmade to order, there is a delay between order and delivery which varies depending on the time of year.
